Subject: Time Management is DEAD
Content: Time Management is Dead. Fact is it was never alive to begin with. Time is a finite thing in relation to our human lives, it's something that escapes us and can't be bought or sold. Bill Gates only has 24 hours in his day the same as you, he doesn't have a magic time compression machine that allows him to do more. He just manages to do more with the time he has by tapping into a few universal principles. The thing you need to focus on to get more done in 2008 is task management. Thousands of would be internet marketers try each year to make it online and fail horribly. The number one reason is because they are spending all their time on the wrong tasks. If you are serious about "making it" as a internet marketer start finding out what those "high-paying" tasks are and do more of them. You've probably heard of the 80/20 rule. 20 percent of your activities give you 80 percent of your profits. This is a natural law that applies to hundreds of things in nature. Your mission is to find out all the "20 percents" in the various tasks of your business and focus your energy towards these activities. Often these are the activities you would least like to do. Which is why so many people fail. They find hundreds of other activities to fill their time with as an "excuse" for avoiding things they know will help but makes them uncomfortable. If you've been putting off some of these "20 percent" things think about what they are, make a plan to do them, and as the famous Nike slogan says: Just Do It. It's success simplified but then again success doesn't need to be a complicated a thing. I'll make it simple for you. The Simplest Success Formula is... STAYING consistent at the highest production activities compounded over time. Some of these activities include... attending seminars networking with success-minded individuals creating content and finding people to share it with assigning time consuming tasks to an assistant thus giving you more time to spend on high impact tasks making "principle based" improvements to your site on an ongoing basis visiting forums like this and getting active So that you can better wrap your mind around this concept let me paint a picture for you... What's the difference between a 300 pound man who weighs 300 pounds a year later and a 300 pound man who weighs 180 pounds a year later? The only difference is consistency at the things that matter to lose weight. This metaphor explains the exact principle you must apply to find success and rapid growth profits for your business or idea this year. If you want to know some of the things that are working for me stop back often because I'll be sharing my ideas with you here. Ponder the thought about what I said but more importantly decide to take the action most people who read this WON'T take. Be different. Be better. The Choice is yours and no one else can make it for you.
